In Obersasbach, on the edge of Germany’s Black Forest, fruit and family experience shape the work of Edelobstbrennerei Blum. Two generations of distilling knowledge meet close relationships with predominantly local fruit growers, with ripe, carefully selected fruit at the beginning of the process.

From fermentation to the precise separation of the aromatic heart of the spirit, the aim is to let each fruit retain its own character. Modern process control supports the craft; careful maturation gives the distillate time to develop.
