Consumer withdrawal information

For many EU consumer distance purchases, a 14-day withdrawal period applies from receipt of the goods, subject to statutory exceptions. Alcohol is not automatically excluded merely because it is alcohol. Rights for faulty or misdescribed goods remain separate.

Before sales begin, the final notice will specify the seller and return address, how to exercise withdrawal, return costs, refund timing, applicable exceptions and a model withdrawal form. Do not send returns to the correspondence address without instructions.
