Customer accounts and orders
When account registration is available, Supabase handles email confirmation, password authentication and authenticator-app verification. Essential HTTP-only session cookies maintain sign-in for up to eight hours. Saved delivery details and order records are stored by this shop and are accessible to the verified customer and authorised owner. Checkout sends the payment provider the order reference, amount and contact/delivery details needed to process payment. Card details are entered only on the payment provider’s page. Limited, hashed request counters help prevent repeated sign-in attempts. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion; order records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations.
Saved payment cards
With optional consent at checkout, Windcave stores your card for future orders you initiate with the same seller. We keep an encrypted token, brand, last four digits, expiry and dated consent, never the full number or security code. Two-factor sign-in protects card management. Removal deletes our usable token and masked card details. It does not cancel payments already started or erase Windcave payment records. A minimal consent/removal record and order history remain for applicable retention requirements.
Product administration
The owner signs in with ChatGPT. The authorised account identifier, account email and the date of account activation are stored to protect editing access. Product changes retain the last editor identifier, update time and revision. Uploaded product photographs and saved editorial content remain stored until removed or the site is deleted.
Data used for this preview
The entry gate asks you to confirm that you are at least 18 and meet the legal drinking age where you live. No date of birth is requested or collected. A signed, essential cookie stores only the adult/denied result and its expiry for up to eight hours. Age-form contents are not written to application logs.
Your chosen language, delivery country and bag are stored in session storage in this browser. They are not an order and are not synced to a customer account. This site installs no advertising pixels, marketing cookies or audience analytics.
Location and hosting
The hosting service processes your IP address to deliver and protect the site. Where available, a country code derived from your IP address automatically selects the language, contracting entity, country product list, EUR prices and VAT. The application does not store your raw IP address, request GPS location or track your movements. A VPN or mobile network may affect the detected country. You can change the language and destination or restore automatic selection at any time. If location is unavailable, browser language is used and you are asked to choose a country; no country price list is assumed. The storefront is hosted through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare; access authentication and infrastructure logs are subject to their services.

Questions or requests for access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection or portability may be sent to info@krazyspirits.com. You may also complain to the applicable data protection authority. The contracting entities are listed in the imprint. Controller details, lawful bases, processor agreements, international-transfer arrangements and exact retention periods must be finalised before public trading. No payment or delivery-address data is collected in this preview.
